GENERAL TERMS OF USE
1. Miami Coach, Inc. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
2. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to any Miami Coach, Inc. vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party.
3. Alcohol consumption by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law.
4. Illicit and recreational drug use is prohibited by law.
5. Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted in Miami Coach, Inc. vehicles.
6. Eating is NOT permitted with Miami Coach, Inc. vehicles.
7. Miami Coach, Inc. is NOT responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
8. Miami Coach, Inc. vehicles CANNOT be loaded beyond their intended seating capacity.
9. The Chauffeur has the right to terminate services without refund if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of the Client or members of their party.
LOCATING YOUR CHAUFFEUR
– If you cannot locate your Chauffeur, call our office at 1-855-861-5466. We will direct you; failure to call our office will result in you being considered a “No Show”.
– If you are unable to reach a Miami Coach, Inc. representative during business hours (7 am to 11 pm), please call 1-855-861-5466.
– If you are unable to locate you Chauffeur during after-hours (11 pm to 7 am), please call 1-855-861-5466

CLEAN UP & DAMAGES
1. Broken/missing glass – $20 each.
2. Extensive clean-ups (spills, trash, etc.) – $50 minimum [added the word “minimum” for extensive clean-ups – if you feel you have extensive clean up, document the mess with video and submit to management]
3. Shampooing and disinfecting (due to sickness/bodily fluids/smoking) – $250 minimum
4. Cuts/tears/burns to seats or upholstery – $250 minimum.
5. Damage to ice bucket, coolers, glass racks, bars, mirrors – $250 minimum
6. Each and any act of vandalism – $250 minimum
7. Pets must be ALWAYS kept in a carrier while in the vehicle. Failure to comply will result in a minimum charge of $50 for clean-up.
8. An additional charge of $100 per hour will be incurred for any time the vehicle is out of service.

Miami Coach, Inc. accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
PRICING & RATE POLICY
All advertised fares are subject to change without notice and may be higher during holidays or special events.
The rate quoted prior to your trip is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the request.
All reservations are subject to audit after the reservation completion to include actual toll charges, parking fees, additional stops requested, wait time, etc.
Miami Coach, Inc. rates are billed inclusive of applicable fees/taxes, surcharges and a 20% gratuity for the chauffeur. Additional gratuity may be added at your discretion.
Hourly charters are billed for the full number of hours requested at the time of reservation, even if the Client relieves the Chauffeur from service early. Hourly charters that exceed the initial number of hours reserved will be billed for the additional time used in hourly increments. [no more half-hour increments on hourly charters – FULL hours only]
Early/Late Fee – Transfers that start or end between 12:00 am and 6:00 am are subject to a $25 fee. [increased this from $10 to $25]
Holiday Fee – Transfers on any of the following major holidays are subject to a $25 fee. New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4 th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 6 pm, Christmas Day & New Year’s Eve after 6 pm? Holiday Fee may apply to additional holidays in locations outside the United States
Airport & Cruise Port Wait Time – Miami Coach, Inc. provides 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for the Client to obtain their luggage and contact their Chauffeur. If you should exceed 30 minutes, wait time is charged in 15-minute increments.
Wait Time – Transfers (excluding airport and cruise port) have a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled pick-up time. If you exceed the grace period, wait time is charged in 15-minute increments.
Unscheduled Stops – Additional stops not requested at the time of reservation for transfers are subject to a minimum fee of $50 per stop. Unscheduled stops may be declined if it will prevent the Chauffeur from arriving at the next scheduled pick-up on time. All stops have a 15-minute grace period before incurring wait charges. [For non-DOT vehicles we will bill $30 for scheduled stops and $40 for DOT vehicles.
– all unscheduled stops will be $50. Remember unscheduled stops are not always guaranteed, if you don’t have time, kindly apologize & inform the client your schedule does not allow time for the additional stop]
CANCELLATION POLICY
Miami Coach, Inc. requires that all reservation cancellations be received by telephone ONLY. EMAIL cancellations will not be accepted.
Transfers – If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled reservation, you will be refunded in full minus the booking fee. For cancellations greater than 3 hours and less than 48 hours you will be refunded in full minus a $30 cancellation fee. For cancellations under 3 hours prior to your reservation, there will be no refund issued.
Hourly Charters – If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your reservation, no refund will be issued. For cancellations greater than 72 hours, 50% of your charge will be refunded.
CHANGE POLICY
Miami Coach, Inc. requires that all changes be received by phone a minimum of 3 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Changes cannot be made with your Chauffeur. Reservation changes are subject to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, you will be charged in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
In the event your inbound flight is diverted to another airport due to unforeseen circumstances, you have the option to cancel your pick-up with no refund or keep the vehicle and chauffeur on retainer by converting your reservation to an hourly charter (minimums apply). Once we are notified of the diverted flight landing, we will allow a 15-minute grace period for you to determine which option you would prefer. If we are unable to reach you, your trip will be terminated with no refund issued. [we added this clause because it happens on occasion and we needed a policy – if your flight gets diverted to another airport, contact the office immediately for instructions]
NO SHOW POLICY
Airport Arrivals (Domestic) – Client will be considered a “No Show” at 30 minutes past the flight’s landing time (per www.flightaware.com) or your scheduled pick-up time; whichever is later, if you have not contacted your Chauffeur or Miami Coach, Inc. Airport Arrivals (International) – Client will be considered a “No Show” at 1.5 hours past the flight’s landing time (per www.flightaware.com) or your scheduled pick-up time; whichever is later, if you have not contacted your Chauffeur or Miami Coach, Inc. – In this event the client will also be subject to 1 hour of wait time. [use the flight’s landing time as your starting point]
Cruise Port Arrivals – Client will be considered a “No Show” at 1 hour past the scheduled pick-up time if you have not contacted your Chauffeur or Miami Coach, Inc. – In this event the client will also be subject to 30 minutes of wait time.
CHILD SAFETY SEATS
Miami Coach, Inc. can provide child safety seats (forward or rear facing & booster seats) for a $20 fee per requested seat.
NOTE: For liability reasons, our Chauffeurs will not install the seat(s) prior to your scheduled pick-up. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to install the child safety seat(s) at the time of pick-up. [REMEMBER: we do not install the car seats—the client does]
SERVICE ISSUES
Any concerns regarding services rendered must be reported within 24 hours of your reservation to 1-855-861-5466.
